The Agricultural College of Sealand consists of two departments, one department in Roskilde and one department in Hong near Slagelse. Both departments can offer all kinds of courses in agriculture from basic agriculture to extended farm managing. You can target your agricultural education in cows, corps, pigs and horses. The college can also offer a large number of in-service-courses for farmers, who already are educated and run their own farms or work at farms.
The department in Hong was founded in 1903. The college has during the years been renovated and is today a modern school with facilities such as cafe, TV-lounges, computer rooms, sports center etc. The college has its own farm, 120 sows and 70 ha. of land. The farm is considered as a classroom, where the students have an opportunity to learn practical skills.
