Small and big bridges
Denmark is linked by small and big bridges to main Scandinavian countries and the rest of the European continent.
Especially the gigantic suspension bridge across the 20 km Great Belt between Funen and Sealand has been the largest bridge project of them all.
The Great Belt Bridge construction is the largest suspension bridge of its type in the world with a height as tall as the Eiffel Tower.

From any point in Denmark, there will be less than 52 km to the sea.
Weather can be windy and rainy in any season of the year.
